Reach a person, not a form
Email or ring the counter. Someone who works here will answer.
Address
1142 Central AveUnit BCharlotte, NC 28204USWhy there is no form here
A form would need somewhere to send the message, and this site has nowhere to send it. Rather than a box that quietly drops what you type, the address and the phone number above go straight to the counter.
For anything about an order, the phone is faster. For anything you need in writing, email is better, and you will get a reply from a person rather than a ticket number.
